ITANAGAR : Seva Bharati Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday concluded its 21-day internship programme on Yoga, Health and Wellness at Seppa and Seva Dham in Lekhi Village, Naharlagun.
The valedictory programme at Seva Dham began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and Omkar chanting. Seva Bharati General Secretary Tai Tugung welcomed the gathering, while Vice-President Tarh Domte addressed the participants.
The intern students shared their experiences, stating that the training had enhanced their understanding of yoga, physical fitness, mental well-being and community service. They also presented a group yoga demonstration under the guidance of instructor Mrigendra Gogoi.
A total of 29 students who completed the internship at Seva Dham were awarded certificates during the programme.
The organisers congratulated the participants and encouraged them to adopt yoga as a part of their daily lives.
