LONGDING, AUG 31:

E-Roll Observer for 58-Kanubari (ST), 59-Longding-Pumao (ST) and 60-Pongchau-Wakka (ST) Assembly Constituencies (ACs) Duly Kamduk interacted with Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and newly eligible electors at the DC’s Conference Hall here on Monday.

During the interaction, Kamduk emphasised the importance of maintaining accurate electoral rolls and stressed that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise must be carried out strictly in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and due process.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss issues related to the electoral roll revision process and the enrolment of newly eligible electors.
