PASIGHAT : The Class XII Science batch of 2006–07 of IGJ Government Higher Secondary School, Pasighat, has donated air conditioners to the school’s Staff Room/Teachers’ Common Room as a gesture of gratitude towards their alma mater.

The air conditioners were also installed in the Teachers’ Common Room, making the contribution immediately beneficial to the teaching staff.

Principal Mapu Taipodia Perme appreciated the gesture and expressed gratitude to the alumni for maintaining their association with the school. She said such contributions reflected the strong bond between an institution and its alumni and would inspire former students to contribute towards the welfare and development of their alma mater.

The initiative reflects the batch’s commitment to giving back to the institution that played an important role in shaping their formative years and sets an example of meaningful alumni participation in school development.
