NOGLO : Assam Rifles organised a medical camp at Noglo village in Tirap district under the Assam Rifles Civic Action Programme (ARCAP), providing essential healthcare services to residents of the village and nearby remote areas.
During the camp, medical officers conducted general health check-ups, offered consultations, treated common ailments, distributed essential medicines and created awareness on preventive healthcare, personal hygiene, sanitation and disease prevention.
A total of 312 villagers benefited from the initiative by receiving free medical consultations, medicines and health awareness services, significantly improving access to primary healthcare in the remote area.
The villagers and community leaders appreciated Assam Rifles for organising the camp and acknowledged its continued efforts to provide quality healthcare services and humanitarian assistance to people living in remote regions.
Assam Rifles said such initiatives under the Civic Action Programme reaffirm its commitment to community welfare, expanding healthcare outreach and strengthening trust and goodwill with the local population.
