CSR support to cover fees of students at VKV Tato

TATO : Arunachal Pradesh Education Minister P D Sona on Saturday directed that all eligible students previously enrolled in the Government School at Tato be admitted to Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV) before the commencement of the academic session without undergoing the usual admission process.

During a visit to VKV Tato to inspect the institution, the Minister reviewed the academic environment and appreciated the efforts being made to provide quality education to children in the region.

Sona reiterated that every child must have access to quality education and stressed that no student should be left behind during the ongoing transition.

To ensure that parents are not burdened financially, he announced that the admission and school fees of all existing students would be covered through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support, enabling them to continue their education without disruption.

Reaffirming the state government’s commitment to education, the Minister said every effort would be made to create opportunities that empower children to realise their full potential.
