SINGCHUNG, OCT 2:

Thrizino-Buragaon MLA Tenzin Nyima Glow, West Kameng Deputy Commissioner Dr Dilip Kumar and Singchung ADC Murnya Kakki conducted a joint inspection of key ongoing developmental works in Singchung Sub-Division on Friday.

The team inspected the PWD Circuit House at Singchung, where the MLA emphasised the need for quality construction and timely completion.

The DC directed the concerned officers to submit regular progress reports along with photographs.

At Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Singchung, the team reviewed infrastructure works being executed under the Local Area Development Fund (LADF). The MLA and Deputy Commissioner also interacted with students and extended greetings on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

The team also inspected the ongoing construction of Type-II staff quarters and a girls’ hostel at Middle School Kaspi.

The DC directed the concerned officials to ensure early completion, adequate water supply and sanitation, and compliance with prescribed norms for effective utilisation of the facilities.

The inspection aimed to ensure quality, timely execution and proper utilisation of developmental infrastructure in the sub-division.

ZPMs, Singchung Circle Officer, PWD Assistant Engineer, heads of educational institutions, Gram Panchayat Chairpersons (GPCs) and Gaon Buras (GBs) accompanied the inspection team.
