NAMSAI, SEP 1:

Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) and Head of Forest Force (HoFF) P. Subramanyam, was accorded a warm farewell on his superannuation at a function held in Namsai on Monday.

Central Empowered Committee Chairman Chandra Prakash Goyal attended the function as the special guest. Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Environment and Forests Minister Wangki Lowang, Advisor to the Environment and Forests Minister Wanglin Lowangdong, along with senior officers, officials and other dignitaries, attended the farewell programme.

The dignitaries acknowledged Subramanyam’s long and distinguished service to Arunachal Pradesh and appreciated his contributions towards forest conservation, environmental protection and sustainable management of the state’s natural resources.

The gathering expressed gratitude for his dedicated service and conveyed wishes for his good health, happiness and a fulfilling life after retirement.

The programme concluded with expressions of appreciation and warm wishes to the retiring PCCF and HoFF.
